Newport Beach is known for its affluent residents, luxury properties, and stunning ocean views. The bay area and the city have eight miles of ocean beach.

Newport Beach is bordered on the west by Huntington Beach, on the north by Costa Mesa and Irvine; and on the east by Crystal Cove State Park.
